We went to a Texas Rangers game on May 13th. We had a great time. The weather was beautiful, 84 degrees and breezy, and our seats were great. We had lots of yummy (high calorie) food. There was a bad call by the umpire, that eventually led to the Rangers catcher being thrown out of the game and the crowd was booing (it was pretty funny). Stevie was kind of bored, but he found a friend, as always. We even asked him not to go potty in his diaper and he went to the toilet 3 times. The game went into 3 extra innings, but we only stayed for the 2 extra. Stevie, Poppy and I waited outside for Paul and Steve to pick us up, for about 45 minutes. We heard the Rangers win the game from outside and watched everyone clear out of the stadium. All of the roads had been blocked and they wouldn't let Paul through, even to pick up an elderly man who has recently had back surgery! They parked as close as they could, Steve walked to come get us and by the time we got back to the car, they were unblocking the roads. Then the 35 minute ride home took us an hour and a half. We waited at one light behind one person for 3 or 4 cycles because the rude drivers in Texas decided to block the light.
