We were able to go raspberry picking again this year. We love U Pick berries, they don't use pesticides and they are yummy.
Then we made some muffins, chocolate raspberry brownies and I canned a lot of jam. I also had a bunch of strawberries that needed canning. I was exhausted after all that!
The kids loved the strawberry banana muffins.

The kids are taking taking well to starting school again
Poor Lizzie slipped, with socks, into a corner piece of trim. Poor girl's mouth was swollen and it was hard for her to smile.
