So hopefully this is not premature, but we just put a contract on this house. It's going to look so nice with some paint, new fixtures and refinishing the hardwood floors. Love it!

I like the boob fixtures - why don't you keep them!?
If you are going to pay someone to redo the floors, pay a little bit extra and have them do the no dust removal. That is what we did with our house in Wisconsin and I didn't have to clean up any dust in the house when they were done -well worth it
I'll keep the fixtures for you Karen! We'll do the floor ourselves. You can rent the dustless machines at Home Depot. We did that at our house in VA Beach.
