Today we went for our annual trip to the Royal Oaks Farm. We didn't actually end up picking apples, but got to play and eat some yummy food.

Did you make the mac and cheese? Alanna has been dying for some, but refuses to eat the Daiya cheese. Maybe if I don't tell her what's in it she'll eat it. ;-)
This mac and cheese was from their restaurant and boy is it good! I jump off the wagon every once in awhile if it's worth it :) I haven't made any homemade mac and cheese lately. I make one with silken tofu that's good and it doesn't have daiya cheese or cashews. Next time I make it, I'll write down the ingredients and post it on the food blog.
