Fishing on the Fox River

We decided to do some family fun on Labor Day.  We were so excited that Steve had the day off and we could all spend it together.  We decided to go fishing because we had taken a little walk at the river a few days before and saw some people fishing.  So we had to go to the store and gear up, we had NO fishing gear!  Then I realized that this would be Lizzie's first time and Stevie remembers only one time before.

And of course I had to take some pictures with the kids to prove that I was there

I decided to pick up some trash in our little area, with a trash can about 15 feet away. Pretty gross
