Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar?

The other day, Steve was home 'watching' Stevie. Really he was 'fixing' the computer, while Stevie watched t.v.. I guess Stevie was being quiet, so Steve thought he was really watching t.v.. Apparently Stevie had other things on his mind. (Is all the Steve/Stevie stuff giving you a headache yet?) Well, all of a sudden Steve heard a noise that sounded like a chair dragging on the tile. He decided to check on Stevie. Stevie was standing on his rocking chair, with a cookie in his mouth, and a hand in the cookie jar. He had eaten all the cookies except two. (He had eaten about 6 cookies, each time dragging the chair across the tile, and Steve only noticed when the cookies were almost all gone...hmmm?) Needless to say, Stevie was wired the rest of the day.
