We scored a great deal on some organic blueberries. We bought some at a local store and they were ringing up wrong, so I told customer service and she didn't seem concerned. I went back later to get more to make some jam and they were still marked wrong.
Of course the kids love to help mommy.....especially when there's honey in it.
Look at that enthusiasm!
It gets hard after awhile, mashing those blueberries.
So here is our blueberry jam syrup. It never gelled up, but that's ok. The kids and I think it's yummy.
We made pancakes this morning and this was the perfect topping.
