August 2016

We went bowling and Lizzie won the first game!  Pretty good huh! (Please disregard that we are all pretty bad at bowling...)

Hey look!  Dylan's winning :P

A bit better scores and look - I won!

Stevie's getting a haircut.  Talking her ear off.  He wants to get rid of his bangs completely!

I was cleaning out the attic and found this in a mason jar!  Alive!

A few things that my Nanny Doyle made that I always wanted to remember.  This one is broken and I have to throw it away.

They are so pretty

The 2 left over hang in Lizzie's closet now

Steve made these for a customer.  Teacup holders that go on a belt.  Steampunk

The kids playing with Pictionary cards.  Can you see it?

Lizzie had the same idea - different interpretation

An awesome wallet Steve made for a customer.  Hand tooled and painted.

Playing at Bruno and Miranda's house

Playing Monopoly....again.  But this time Lizzie is winning!

That's a big sunflower.  It's bigger than Steve's huge head.

Niangua River

Fishing at Bennett Springs.  There is a really cool fog on the water.

Happy Birthday Dylan!

Playing Uno

Another beautiful Missouri sky

And another

Can you see the rainbow on the cloud?  I see them all the time here.  I love it!

Croquet

Playing horseshoes

Lizzie winning with a big smile

That's a lot of basil from our garden
Lots of pesto for the winter - Yay!

I wanted to take family pics while Dylan was here and I totally spaced :( So here is our family picture right before his trip home.

While Steve and Dylan are on their way to Ohio to meet with Karina, my van gets towed :(

A sweet moment between Stevie and Lizzie. Stevie is putting her earrings in.

An heirloom tomato from our garden that looked like the tree of life when I cut into it.

Guineas!

When we picked up our van it was missing it's back wiper :( Awesome!  It was there when it was towed away.....  Oh well.

The guineas think Steve is their Daddy

Another stick bug trying to climb on top of Stevie's head

Beautiful rainbow right by our house
