Today I got a beautiful stainless steel Cuisinart bread maker. Another Craigslist find. I'm not usually fond of buying food appliances that other people have used, but many people buy bread makers and never use them. I've already made my first loaf. A delicious 1lb pesto loaf. This maker has 3 sizes and so many settings, you can even make jam in it. I love it!

I have a very inexpensive bread maker. I think it might have cost $30 at walmart. But Bret bought it for me probably 5 years ago for Christmas and it works great. I use it for dough for pizza and breadsticks and then also just plain white bread. It was years before I did more than just the plain white bread - I'm a simple kind of girl.
But I love pesto - you will have to post the recipe you used, if you liked it...
