January 2017

Facebook does these posts called TimeHop and it will show you something you posted in the past.  I apparently got this one on January 11 and it's one of my favorite pictures of Lizzie!  I love the face, it looks like she was thrilled I was making her take a picture in her dance outfit.

Check out the awesome boots Steve made me!  I told him what design I wanted and he brought them to life.  When I wear them, ladies are always check out my shoes and it makes me feel fancy haha!  You can order yourself a pair at www.noblesoles.com!

Our first family outing to Hurts Donuts in Springfield, MO.  Sooooo delicious!  They have quite an eclectic selection.

Yep, the apple fritter is almost as big as his head.

The kids were very pleased!

I've been reading "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" and this is a list from it that I had typed up.  Basic human rights and there are many I didn't even know were personal rights to help you have a more balanced life.  Their are a few spelling mistakes because I didn't spell check!  Ahhh!  But you get the drift.

Feeling classy in my boots

Yep, that's the kitten climbing up the screen door.  It made me laugh everytime she did it.

Jay would look out the window to see what was going on, but he never could find out.....if only he looked up hahaha!

A yummy quiche I made when I was on the Whole30 diet, trying to get my belly feeling better.  I need to make some again.

Stevie and Jay cuddling.

Sometimes I take pictures of the beautiful sky......

And add some words!

Walking the creek this winter has been great because the tempuratures haven't been too bad.  I love the designs the cracks in the ice make.

And how the leaves are cemented in the ice.

And I always love finding beautiful rocks.  Geodes especially.  If only I could get the camera to show you how sparkly they are.

I've been exercising by walking up these dreaded hills to recover from losing so much muscle after my surgery.

Sometimes I find turkey tracks :)

Then I walk in the creek to build more dexterity.

Two special finds on this walk.  A geode and a purple rock.  I love purple!
